Dr. Mitchell Loo is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery who is originally from the state of Hawaii. He received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. His training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was completed in New York City at Harlem Hospital/Columbia University. Dr. Loo further honed his skills by accepting a fellowship at St. John’s Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri that encompassed surgery for temporomandibular joint disorders, facial reconstruction/trauma, dentofacial disorders, facial cosmetics, and full-arch dental implantology.  

Dr. Loo is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).  He is certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).

Dr. Loo is excited to join and serve the Las Vegas community, also known as the “ninth island” of Hawaii, as it was like a second home to him growing up. During his free time, he enjoys hiking, working on cars, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
